Use of the website and the purchase of products through it are subject to the terms outlined below.
By using the website, you agree to these terms, and it is therefore recommended to read them carefully.

Placing Orders
We make every effort to present the jewelry as accurately as possible. However, as all jewelry items are handmade, minor differences may occur, which do not constitute a material change to the jewelry item itself.
The website owner reserves the right to cancel an order in the event of a pricing error or due to a technical issue.

Prices and Payments
All prices on the website are displayed in New Israeli Shekels (NIS).
Payment on the website is made via credit card processing or PayPal.

Shipping and Delivery
Orders shipped via EcoPost include a tracking number.
Order preparation may take up to 5 business days, and delivery may take up to 4 weeks, depending on the destination.
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control.

Returns and Cancellations
Order cancellation before shipment:
An order may be canceled prior to shipment, provided that contact is made with the website owner immediately after placing the order, or at the latest before the order has been dispatched.
Cancellation requests must be submitted using the contact details provided on the website.
If the cancellation request is received before shipment, the order will be canceled and the customer will be entitled to a refund in accordance with the payment method used.
Returns after receiving the product:
After receiving the jewelry item, a return or order cancellation may be requested within four (30) days from the date of receipt.
The product may be returned subject to the following conditions:
• The product is returned in proper condition, unused, and without damage
• The product is returned in its original packaging together with proof of purchase
After receipt and inspection of the returned product, a refund will be issued in accordance with the website’s policy and subject to applicable law.

Warranty
Jewelry items sold on the website include a one-year warranty, as detailed in the Returns and Exchanges Policy.
Intellectual Property
All content displayed on the website, including images, designs, texts, and trademarks, is the exclusive property of the website owner and may not be used without prior written consent.

Privacy
Users’ personal information on the website is stored in accordance with this Privacy Policy and will not be shared with third parties, except with parties required for the operation of the website and completion of the service, such as payment processing companies and delivery providers, or where disclosure is required by law.
In addition, the website uses commonly accepted technological tools, including cookies, for the ongoing operation of the website, security purposes, improvement of the user experience, and analysis of general usage data. As part of this process, technical information that does not personally identify the user may be collected.
