Jewelry Warranty
Our jewelry comes with a one-year warranty from the date the product is received.
With every purchase, care and maintenance instructions are provided, including guidelines for use, cleaning, and storage.
The warranty applies to the jewelry item itself only and covers manufacturing defects, such as detachment of parts or stones falling out, provided the item has been used reasonably and according to the care instructions.
If the product arrives defective or not in proper condition, the customer is requested to contact us as soon as possible.
Once we receive the item and confirm that the issue is due to a manufacturing defect, the item will be repaired or replaced.
If repair or replacement is not possible, the customer will be offered a refund after the item is returned.
The warranty does not cover damage caused by unreasonable use, natural wear and tear, exposure to chemicals, impacts, or use that does not follow the care instructions.
The website owner and/or anyone acting on her behalf shall not be held responsible for any direct or indirect damage, consequential damage, or damage caused to other property or third parties as a result of using the jewelry.
Warranty service is provided upon presentation of proof of purchase.
